HOURLY - Fees are $150.00 per hour per party.

 

HALF DAY - Fees are $350 per party, for half day.  (4 hours)

FULL DAY - Fees are $650 per party for full day. (8 hours)

OVERTIME - If the mediation extends beyond eight (8) hours for a full-day or four (4) hours for a partial-day, then each party will be charged the hourly fee of $150 per party rate.  Please be prepared to write a check at the end of the mediation for possible overtime fees, bring a credit card or use a PayPal option.

CO-MEDIATION is available on request.

CANCELLATION POLICY - A cancellation fee of $150, or $75 each party, will be charged to the canceling parties for a mediation canceled fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled mediation date. Otherwise, mediation fees, once paid and scheduled, are non-refundable. When the mediation is rescheduled and conducted, we will apply any funds in excess of the $150 cancellation fee toward the rescheduled mediation. We will make every effort to work with you, your client, and your schedule.

REVIEWING PRE-MEDIATION SUBMISSIONS - The daily mediation rate charged each party includes up to two (2) hours per party for reviewing pre-mediation submissions.  All reading time beyond 2 hours shall be charged to that party at $300.00 per hour and shall be billed with the expense invoice after the mediation.

FOLLOW-UP AFTER THE MEDIATION SESSION - All post-session follow-up shall be charged at $300.00 per hour and divided equally by the parties.

FACILITY FEES/LUNCH - Nearly all mediations conducted by Garza Rothman mediators are held via Zoom. For mediations held onsite, the parties shall be responsible for all facility costs including lunch, snacks and beverages.
